  • Account and platform data: user profile details, role assignments, and configuration needed to operate your GridLyt workspace.
  • Usage and diagnostics: product interaction events, performance logs, and error reports used to maintain and improve the service.
  • Cookies and similar technologies: as described in our cookie consent banner, including essential cookies and optional analytics cookies when you consent.

  • Provide, operate, and secure the GridLyt platform and related support.

Platform customer data retention may follow contractual terms on Fleet, Portfolio, and Enterprise plans.
